Kelly Osbourne 'Respects' Her 'BFF' & Co-Star Miley Cyrus: 'She Never Ever Stops'

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Move over, Leslie... Miley's got a new BFF!
Kelly Osbourne, who recently shot the upcoming action comedy, "So Undercover," in New Orleans with Miley Cyrus, says the two became fast friends during filming.

"Miley's amazing," Kelly told Billy Bush and Kit Hoover on Access Hollywood Live of her young co-star on Thursday. "We became instant BFFs... Even when I wasn't [on set] that day, we would make plans to hang out.
"I have so much respect for her - she is the hardest-working girl in Hollywood," Kelly continued. "She never ever stops."

Kelly is also working hard - in addition to filming with Miley, the 26-year-old works as a fashion correspondent on Joan River's "Fashion Police" on E!, and was recently chosen as the new face of Madonna and daughter Lourdes Leon's fashion line, Material Girl - a dream come true for the "Dancing with the Stars" Season 9 contender.
"I'm clearly not a model -- I'm 5' 2"," Kelly told Billy and Kit. "To be asked to be a model...I couldn't ask for anything more."
The Brit beauty has really come into her own in the last few years and Kelly said it took a lot of growth and hard work on her part.

"What is it about you that makes it so approachable and fabulous?" Kit asked Kelly.
"That wasn't always like that," Kelly said. "It used to be, 'Oh my god -- get her away from me' because I was... difficult... to say the least!"

"Are you still foul-mouthed?" Billy interrupted.
"Hello! Sharon Osbourne is my mother!" Kelly laughed. "For me, it's the nicest thing in the world and couldn't make me more happy that now people say, 'Oh Kelly Osbourne -- isn't she a nice person?' Rather than, 'Ugh. Look at that obnoxious brat.'"
